For decades, Hitoshi Sakimoto has created soundscapes that heighten immersion. I've been listening to his music my whole life -- classics such as Ogre Battle, Tactics Ogre, Final Fantasy Tactics, and Final Fantasy XII. He has also written music for some lesser-known titles, like Vagrant Story.

The name "Fragrant Story" is in fact a nod to "Vagrant Story" as a tribute to Sakimoto-san. Not only do I listen to his music all the time, but I also admire his vision. He created Basiscape (a team of expert composers), and took the world of video game music to new heights.

It has been an honor to have his help taking Fragrant Story's soundtrack to the next level. I am not worthy!
